ppSpecialista /ppIn this role, you will drive engineering projects at the plant, supporting NPD and value engineering initiatives to improve manufacturing processes. You will lead continuous improvement efforts, implement new technologies, and own equipment development from supplier scouting to production release. You will oversee digitalization of production and monitor energy and machine data, coordinating with operators, maintenance, and external technicians. You will help introduce new production lines and foster strong cross‑functional collaboration to achieve manufacturing excellence. /pulliManage engineering projects and technical activities at the plant, supporting NPD, VAVE,
