BMA Milano Srl is hiring an entry-level Interior Designer to join our Milan team.

This is a highly specific role: AI-powered concept design is central to our workflow. We are looking for an Interior Designer who finds genuine creative satisfaction in design concept development, materials, furniture, FF&E;, and shaping refined luxury interiors from the first idea through to a project that meets international standards and brand guidelines.

You will work on hospitality and ultra-luxury projects across the USA, Maldives, India, and other international locations, with exposure to leading global hospitality brands including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Accor, Taj, Radisson, and Westin.

We are looking for:

- Motivation to grow within the studio over the long term and become part of an evolving international design team
- Strong visual sensitivity and excellent design taste
- Knowledge of luxury materials, furniture, finishes, and FF&E;
- Understanding of interior technical details
- Interest in AI-powered concept design and new design workflows
- Working fluency in English
- Adaptability, multitasking ability, and a proactive attitude
