you will play a key role in supporting our customers and distributors throughout Italy. /p pWorking with a high level of autonomy, you will be responsible for commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance and technical support on Baudouin engines and associated systems. You will work closely with our Engineering and Product Support teams to ensure the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ulliCommission and start up Baudouin engines and equipment. /liliPerform preventive and corrective maintenance. /liliDiagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and electronic issues. /liliProvide technical support to customers and distributors during on-site interventions. /liliDeliver technical training when required. /liliProduce detailed service reports after each intervention. /liliWork closely with Engineering and Product Support teams to resolve complex technical issues. /liliParticipate in warranty investigations and continuous improvement initiatives. /liliEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction while representing Baudouin in the field. /li /ul h3Your assets /h3 ulliTechnical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or a related field. /lili3 to 7 years of experience in Field Service, Industrial Maintenance, Commissioning or After-Sales Service. /liliGood diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. /liliKnowledge of diesel engines, industrial equipment or generator systems. /liliCustomer-oriented mindset. /liliAbility to work independently. /liliWillingness to travel frequently throughout Italy and occasionally abroad. /liliFluent Italian. /liliGood command of English. /li /ul h3Experience with one or more of the following would be an advantage: /h3 ulliDiesel engines /liliMarine propulsion systems /liliGenerator sets /liliEngine management systems /liliCAN J1939 /liliModbus /liliDeep Sea Electronics (DSE) /liliComAp /liliDEIF /liliLeroy Somer, Stamford or Mecc Alte alternators /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ulliPermanent employment under an Italian contract. /liliGross annual salary between €42,000 and €46,000, depending on experience. /liliAn international working environment. /liliDirect collaboration with Engineering and Product Support teams. /liliCareer development opportunities. /liliA high level of autonomy and responsibility. /liliThe opportunity to work on a wide variety of technical projects across Italy. /li /ul h3Location Travel /h3 ulliPreferred location: Modena area, Italy. /liliFrequent travel throughout Italy. /liliOccasional international travel. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
