ppIMPORTANTE AZIENDA CLIENTE /p h3MA / Corporate Development Analyst /h3 pLocation: Magenta area (Milan) /p pGross annual salary: up to €35,000 /p pRecent graduates and junior profiles are welcome /p pOn behalf of a fast-growing manufacturing company, we are looking for an MA / Corporate Development Analyst to join the strategy team, supporting external growth and business development activities. /p pThe successful candidate will take an active part in the full acquisition cycle, from the identification of investment opportunities to post-acquisition integration, working together with management and with internal and external stakeholders. /p pWe are looking for a curious, analytical, and motivated person who wants to build a career in MA and Corporate Development. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liSupporting the scouting of potential acquisition targets and maintaining the MA pipeline /li liCarrying out market,
industry and competitor analysis /li liSupporting the financial modelling and valuation of investment opportunities /li liWorking with external advisors and other stakeholders involved in the due diligence process /li liPreparing presentations and Board materials /li liContributing to growth initiatives and to the strategic development of the company /li liSupporting post-merger integration projects, helping to track plan execution and liaising with the different workstream leaders /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or similar /li liSome experience or an internship (also short) in Finance, Transaction Services, MA, Corporate Finance, Audit or Strategy Consulting /li liStrong analytical and quantitative skills /li liAdvanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point /li liVery good English /li liStrong interest in MA transactions and corporate strategy /li liAccuracy, proactivity and result orientation /li liWillingness to travel occasionally /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liFluent Italian /li liExperience in industrial or capital goods companies /li liFamiliarity with virtual data rooms /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liPermanent contract directly with the company /li liDirect involvement in MA transactions and post merger integration projects /li liA dynamic environment focused on professional growth /li liThe chance to build cross-functional skills in finance, strategy and business development /li /ul pLaurea in Economia, Finanza, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini; Inglese fluente /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
