Your focus will be on increasing visibility, securing new stockists, and ensuring Monster’s unique brand presence dominates across your territory.



brExecuting market activations and promotions in Ancona brCoaching and training distribution partner teams. brWinning new independent retail accounts while supporting existing ones. brEnsuring the right product mix and distribution in-store. brDriving placement of POS materials and merchandising. brDelivering market insights and timely reporting. brExperienced in sales, ideally within FMCG or the drinks industry. brA strong communicator with excellent selling and negotiation skills. brFlexible, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. brFluent in Italian with solid Business English skills. brHolder of a driving licence and comfortable with travel across Marche.
