ph3CONTEXT /h3pAs part of the strong development of its business with its Italian partners, Hermès has created a new entity to ensure quality control and to closely support them during the industrial transition led by its Métiers (Women's and Men's Ready-to-Wear, Home, Jewelry, Fashion Accessories). Working in close collaboration with them, this entity structures an organization designed to prioritize HSE compliance monitoring, the implementation of Quality Control, and the optimization of local logistics. It will also contribute locally to the deployment of CSR action plans and traceability initiatives. /ph3POSITIONING /h3pWithin the overall HITO organizational structure, the position reports hierarchically to the HITO Quality Manager and has a functional reporting line to the MRTW Quality Managers, based in France (Pantin). /ph3MAIN MISSION /h3pThe bMRTW /b Production Quality Supervisor acts as the local Italian reference for the Production Quality teams of the Métiers. The role involves working with finished product suppliers to ensure the archive of PAP H finished product quality requirements. The position contributes to the progressive alignment of suppliers with the specific quality requirements defined by the métier, supporting the formalization and updating of standards when necessary. /ph3I. In the Industrialization phase: /h3ulliSupporting the partner during the industrialization of products in compliance with Quality criteria. /liliAlert and be proactive in the case of risks or quality issues /li /ulh3II. Support Production Launch and Manufacturing Follow-up /h3ulliManage and support Quality by ensuring a regular presence at our manufacturers' sites across Central Italy to monitor associated action plans and drive quality indicators. /liliEnsure that all manufacturers (Tier 1 and Tier 2) comply with our quality level as defined by the profession.
/liliIdentify and implement action plans specific to quality issues while safeguarding product style integrity and delivery timelines. /liliIn the event of production incidents, support partners in evaluating and quantifying the issues (sizing, workmanship, traceability, etc.) to ensure that the teams in France responsible for managing the issue have all the necessary information available /liliValidate clearly identified deviations from established standards under the supervision of the French Manufacturing teams /liliSupport the management of non-quality returns and related repair activities. /liliSupport and work closely with manufacturers during return and repair operations by providing technical guidance and validating repair compliance. /liliSupport manufacturers during return operations (technical advice and validation of repair compliance). /liliLead the inspection of products at our partners. /liliRegularly communicate the progress of ongoing topics and drive the monitoring of quality performance indicators. /liliAssess the evolution of suppliers' capabilities against our quality control requirements and provide the necessary support to ensure continuous improvement. /li /ulh3WORKPLACE /h3pMilano /ppThe MRTW Production Quality Supervisor will be expected to travel frequently to production sites throughout Central Italy and regularly visit the headquarters in Pantin and Paris. These visits are essential for training,
collaboration with the French Quality teams, and gaining insight into the development of upcoming collections. /ph3PROFILE /h3pEducation: Technical background /ppExperience: Significant professional experience in quality control produced in the RTW.
