Every detail matters, and every aspect of our operations contributes to achieving success on and off the track. /p pWe are currently looking for a brilliant Junior Production Project Manager. The role is responsible for supporting Production Project Managers in the technical management and coordination of F1 car parts production. They ensure that technical solutions and processes agreed with all stakeholders meet technical, quality requirements and planning constraints. /p h3Production and Technical Support /h3 pProvide support to Production Project Managers in all technical aspects of the main car projects. /p pProvide support to Production Project Managers in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including both technical procedures and ERP routing. /p pCreate technical reports and elevate to management, as needed. /p pInvestigate new processes and technologies cooperating with technical departments. /p h3Technical Leadership Delivery /h3 pOversee and take full ownership of all technical and manufacturing aspects of simple car projects assigned (including Non Conformities or Faults raised during track events). /p pWork with Design Office to identify and agree the best technical solutions (in terms of manufacturing feasibility).
/p pWork with all stakeholders (i.e. Design Office, Quality, PMO, Car Eng., etc.) to identify and develop the best solutions in terms of feasibility, production processes, planning and final product quality. /p pWork with Production Departments to provide daily assistance, optimize lead time and improve quality. /p pWork with Production Planning Department to optimize lead times. /p h3Collaboration, Teamwork Culture /h3 pProvide flexible attendance and attitude to work, both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projects. /p pWork in a professional manner at all times regardless of the task set and be pro-active in promoting a positive image for the department and for the team. /p pBuild positive working relationships within the department and across other functions. /p pMaintain and develop good relationships with all stakeholders /p pContribute to an open, collaborative, and improvement-oriented team culture. /p pTake initiative in developing skills, seeking guidance from senior colleagues, and applying feedback. /p pIn line with pay transparency regulations (Legislative Decree 96/2026),
the minimum fixed salary for this role is the contractual minimum set by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (Federmeccanica/Assistal) for classification level C3.
