ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you will define and manage Target Stock Levels and buffer stocks for Leather Goods Accessories, ensuring optimal worldwide stock allocation in line with corporate guidelines. You will collaborate with Supply, Demand Planning, Merchandising, and Markets to support launches, events, and store openings, while driving stock rotation and product availability. Based in Florence, you will also monitor performance, support rebalancing as needed, and contribute to data‑driven planning that sustains revenue growth. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliDefine country‑level Target Stock Levels (TSL) per store based on inventory targets, service level, and assortment; /liliDistribute inventory worldwide by channel to maximize revenue and minimize stockouts and backorders; /liliMonitor assortment and TSL performance to optimize stock rotation and availability; /liliCoordinate with Supply, Demand Planning,



and Markets on TSL updates; /liliSupport sales events, marketing campaigns, and shop openings ramps; /liliCoordinate seasonal buyback campaigns and new launches status with Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing; /liliEnsure stock rebalancing guidelines deployment with local supply chains; /liliDevelop and track KPIs with BI and Reporting teams to refine stock and distribution performance at country/boutique level /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliMaster in Engineering (or equivalent) /lili2-3 years of experience in a similar role /liliVery good knowledge of MS Office tools; SAP is an advantage /liliGood knowledge of Supply Chain Management /liliFluency in English and Italian; additional language a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
