ppWe are looking for someone who wants to start a professional journey with us in the role of bTrade insight Specialist /b /p /brpYou will be included in the Strategy Planning Insight team and you will play an important role in analyzing market performance, customer trends and channel dynamics to support informed business decisions. By transforming complex data into clear recommendations, the role helps identify growth opportunities and challenges for the on trade comparing our portfolio performance vs competitions’. /p /brh3Your Activities Will Include /h3 /brul /brliSupport commercial decision-making through insights: Deliver timely, accurate, and insight-driven analyses to support trade and commercial decision-making. /li /brliMonitor channel performance, market dynamics, competitive activity, customer behavior, and key business KPIs, identifying opportunities and risks for the business /li /brliTechnical Support to reinforce analytical knowledge cross departments: Set up training and support sales/trade and marketing team in using data providers’ tools; ensure reports are correctly updated and set up data quality checks; translate complex data into clear business implications and recommendations for commercial stakeholders. /li /brliContribute to annual and multi-year planning processes by providing market outlooks and channel assessments /li /brliMaintain and enhance reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance tracking tools to support business reviews and decision-making.



/li /brliEnsure continuous sharing of knowledge and insights across commercial teams to improve organizational effectiveness and agility. /li /brliWork with international team to build a clear market overview, including technical improvement and set up /li /br /ul /brh3Who We’re Looking For /h3 /brul /brliYou’ve a University Master Degree, preferably in economics; /li /brliYou’ve a minimum of 3-4 of experience in insight, business analysis or market research /li /brliYou’ve fluency in English and Italian; /li /brliYou’ve ability to think and act strategically; /li /brliYou’re able to work in team and manage complex situations; /li /brliYou’ve strong determination and you’re result driven; /li /br /ul /brh3Contract Compensation /h3 /brul /brliA permanent contract /li /brliGross annual base salary starting from € 42.000 /li /brliFlexible working model, offering up to 11 remote working days per month, allowing you to organize your time autonomously according to your objectives and priorities /li /brliExtra Professional Injury Insurance /li /brliEnhanced Parental Policy,
