Strategic Oversight: Lead overall implementation of the Macro Grant, ensuring coherence across all sectors. 2. Donor Reporting: Prepare timely, accurate, and results-based reports to the US Government donor. 3. Programme Integration: Ensure effective integration of cash transfers, anticipatory action triggers, NFI pre-positioning, and disaster preparedness coordination. /pulliCash-Based Transfers Anticipatory Action: Oversee design and implementation of conditional Associate /lilicash transfers (FFA); manage anticipatory action pre-financing, thresholds, and triggers; supervise /lilidelivery mechanisms (SCOPE, bank transfers). /liliCoordination: Act as focal point for coordination with government agencies, UN partners, /liliINGOs/NGOs, and technical working groups. /liliMonitoring Evaluation: Oversee monitoring systems and indicator tracking, ensuring adherence /lilito RBM standards. /liliRisk Management: Identify bottlenecks,
