- Proficiency in PLC programming with at least two of the following platforms: Omron, Mitsubishi, Siemens, or Keyence.
- Strong knowledge of at least one high-level programming language (C, C++, C#, or LabVIEW).
- Experience working with industrial robots such as YAMAHA, ABB, KUKA, EPSON, or FANUC.
- Familiarity with vision systems and CCD control technologies (e.g., Cognex, Omron, Keyence).
- Solid technical drawing skills, including basic mechanical design and advanced electrical schematics using tools such as SolidWorks, Eplan, or AutoCAD.
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the battery, manufacturing, or automotive sectors, with proven team management experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related fields.
- Languages: High level of English (minimum C1)
