ppIn this role you will lead and coach a hybrid EMEA accounting team of seven, ensuring accurate close processes and compliant reporting across the UK, the Netherlands, and Italy. You’ll manage escalations, develop teammates, and partner with stakeholders to strengthen the accounting function amid change. You’ll drive process improvements, standardisation, and audit readiness while maintaining a hands‑on, collaborative leadership style.
