To support its evolving business needs, the company is looking for an experienced HR Partner who will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, driving the people agenda and contributing to the development of a high-performing and collaborative culture. /ppstrongOfferta /strong /pulliPartner with leaders and managers on organizational design, workforce planning and people strategy. /liliProvide guidance on performance management, talent reviews and succession planning. /liliSupport organizational change and transformation initiatives. /liliAdvise managers on employee relations and people management matters. /liliFacilitate compensation and salary review processes. /liliContribute to workforce planning and headcount budgeting activities. /liliMonitor and analyze workforce data to support decision-making. /liliCollaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and HR Operations to deliver integrated HR solutions. /liliPromote a culture of engagement,



accountability and continuous development. /li /ulbrpstrongCompetenze ed esperienza /strong /pulliMaster's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related disciplines. /liliAt least 8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering roles within international and complex environments. /liliStrong experience supporting leaders on organizational and people-related matters. /liliExperience in workforce planning, talent management and change management initiatives. /liliGood understanding of Italian employment law. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliFluency in Italian and English. /liliAbility to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels. /li /ulbrPreferred QualificationsulliExperience in multinational, matrix or rapidly evolving organizations. /liliKnowledge of HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or similar systems. /liliProfessional HR certifications are considered a plus. /li /ulbrpstrongCompleta l'offerta /strong /ppThis is a permanent contract offered under CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico, Quadro level.brLocation: Hybrid role based in Milan /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
