h3KERING Transport Operations Senior Specialist /h3pIn this role you will manage end-to-end international transport across air, ocean, and rail to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery. You will monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and provide analytical insights to support operational and strategic decisions. You will act as a bridge between global brands, regions, and service teams to align priorities and shipments. and monitoring of transport performance /liliMaintain and enhance transport dashboards and KPIs to support decisions /liliInterface with global stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment /liliLead supplier switch and transition activities for business continuity /liliSupport IT integration between suppliers and internal systems /liliDrive new country openings and operational setup /liliContribute to multi-carrier models across key geographies /liliLead cost optimization initiatives and monitor transport costs against budgets /liliAnalyze cost drivers and variances to inform decisions /liliSupport validation and application of pricing structures /liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis /liliProven experience in international transport and logistics in global environments (luxury/fashion is a plus) /liliStrong knowledge of air, ocean, and rail transport operations /liliSolid understanding of cost structures, rate mechanisms, and financial drivers /liliAdvanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, reporting) /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities /liliAbility to manage urgency within structured processes /liliHigh accountability and ownership /liliProactive and solution-oriented mindset /liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills /liliFluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus /li /ulIn this role you will manage end-to-end international transport across air, ocean, and rail to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.… #J-18808-Ljbffr
