In this role, you will support operational performance management, business controlling activities, and strategic decision-making within the Corporate organization (COO area), with a strong focus on operational economics, business sustainability, and continuous improvement. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliAnalyze operational and service delivery data across healthcare IT projects and solutions, providing insights to support performance management and business decision-making. /liliMonitor and report on key operational KPIs, including billability, utilization, capacity, productivity, profitability, costs, and delivery performance, supporting operational controlling activities. /liliDevelop dashboards, reports, and analytical views to enable performance reviews and data-driven decisions across Operations, Delivery, and Management teams. /liliIdentify performance trends, inefficiencies, cost deviations, and improvement opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations. /liliPartner with Operations, Delivery, Finance, and Product teams to define, standardize, and continuously improve operational KPIs, reporting frameworks, and controlling processes. /liliSupport operational planning, forecasting, budgeting assumptions, and capacity management activities within a healthcare IT environment, with occasional travel across Europe and the UKI region (2–4 days). /li /ulh3Take the next step towards your dream career /h3pAt Dedalus Life flows through our software. /lili4–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Operational Controlling, or Performance Management roles, preferably within Healthcare IT, Digital Health, SaaS, or service delivery environments. /liliStrong experience in data analysis, KPI definition, operational performance monitoring, and management reporting. /liliSolid understanding of operational economics, including billability, utilization, profitability, cost-to-serve, and performance drivers in project- or service-based organizations. /liliAdvanced proficiency in Excel and hands‑on experience with Business Intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar). /liliStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for technical and business stakeholders. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with professional proficiency in English; knowledge of French is considered a plus. /li /ulh3Desirable Requirements /h3ulliExperience working with healthcare systems, healthcare software, or regulated environments. /liliUnderstanding of healthcare workflows and operational processes (e.g., clinical, administrative, or hospital operations). /liliFamiliarity with business and service management platforms (ERP, PSA, CRM, or similar); knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is considered a plus. /liliThe Business Analyst will collaborate closely with a broad range of internal stakeholders, including:ulliGlobal Delivery Team /liliGlobal Post sales team /liliRegional leaders and managers in delivery and post sales /liliRegional Financial teams /li /ul /li /ulpThe baseline classification for the role is Level B3 under the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria, with a base Gross Annual Salary of € 36.906,87 corresponding to the applicable CBA minimum. /ppWe are Dedalus,
