ppIn this role you will manage intercompany accounting activities within a global team. You will oversee IC journal entries, postings, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance. You’ll drive automation and design new IC processes to meet evolving business needs. You will contribute to month-end close and support audits, enabling timely, high-quality financial reporting. This is a growth-oriented position in a dynamic Global Business Services environment with a clear impact on the company’s international operations. /pulliManage intercompany flows, including journal entries and AP IC postings /liliOversee, propose and enhance automated IC processes for efficiency and accuracy /liliDesign and implement new IC flows in response to evolving business needs /liliPrepare and approve account reconciliations,



ensuring accuracy and compliance /liliComplete month-end close activities with tight deadlines and high standards /liliOversee consolidated financial statement reconciliations at the intercompany level /liliContribute to audits and provide relevant documentation as needed /liliBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field /liliMinimum 1 year of accounting experience in multinational companies or consulting /liliKnowledge of accounting principles and intercompany reconciliation /liliGeneral experience with Financial ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle HFM) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel /liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail /liliStrong communication and collaboration with cross-functional and cross-country teams /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines /liliProactive approach to process improvement and automation /liliFluency in English; additional languages are advantageous /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
