ppThe resource will be responsible for managing the entire production process of the Castelguelfo plant, specialized in the manufacturing plastic packaging for the pharmaceutical industry. /p h3Main activities: /h3 ul liEnsuring the effective execution of production activities, guaranteeing the achievement of productivity, quality, efficiency, and service targets. /li liDriving plant reorganization initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, improving efficiency, reducing waste, and fostering employee engagement, with a focus on Lean Manufacturing principles /li liCoordination of production activities and technical teams, promoting collaboration among Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and other plant functions to ensure the achievement of operational objectives /li liPromoting and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, supporting the development of an effective safety culture aligned with company policies and standards /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liAt least 3/4 years of experience as Production Manager in a manufacturing company /li liExperience in plastics or pharmaceutical fields will be considered as a plus /li liStrong leadership skills and a continuous improvement mindset /li liGood people management and communication skills /li /ul h3Education /h3 pDegree in Industrial Engineering or similar fields /p h3About us /h3 pFounded in 1825, Bormioli Pharma has been a leading manufacturer of primary packaging for the pharmaceutical industry, offering complete solutions ranging from glass and plastic bottles to plastic and aluminum closures and accessories.
