To support the growth of our programs and ensure the successful achievement of project milestones, we are looking for an Engineering Planner to join our Engineering organization within the "EI Planning, Control Performance Analysis" Area based in Cascina Costa. /ph3Role Overview /h3pWe are seeking a Technical Area/Discipline Technical Planner who will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and coordinating engineering activities, supporting Engineering Managers and Technical Leaders in achieving program objectives in terms of schedule, cost, and quality. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProviding comprehensive support for planning, budgeting, and performance analysis /liliWorking closely with Heads of Technical Areas / Disciplines to aggregate demand requests and ensure alignment between platform / program plans and Technical Area / Discipline plans /liliAssisting System Engineers / Chief Projects and Heads of Technical Areas / Disciplines in monitoring and forecasting program / platform planning, conducting schedule and cost variance analyses, identifying critical paths and potential issues /liliProactively managing Technical Areas / Discipline saturation issues or plan unfeasibility /liliProposing recovery actions and reporting criticalities and risks to EI Planning,



Control Performance Analysis management, contributing to the optimization of project performance and ensuring the execution of agreed Baselines within Technical Areas / Disciplines /li /ulh3Mandatory Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. /liliKnowledge of project planning and scheduling methodologies /liliExperience with planning tools such as Microsoft Project /liliExperience with MS Office suite /liliStrong analytical and organizational skills /liliGood command of the English language, both written and spoken /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliExperience in project planning /liliKnowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles /liliKnowledge of SAP /liliFamiliarity with product development processes /liliProject Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA) are considered an advantage /li /ulh3Required Competencies /h3ulliPlanning and organizational skills /liliAnalytical thinking and data-driven decision making /liliProblem-solving mindset /liliEffective communication and stakeholder management /liliAbility to work within multidisciplinary and international teams /liliResults-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple priorities /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3pEngagement, recognition of skills, and a strong focus on people's well-being and safety are the cornerstones of our corporate culture.
