ppWe are searching for an innovative technical lead to join our company. As the technical lead, you will oversee the company’s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, write code when necessary and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.To be successful as technical lead, you should always be expanding your industry knowledge and be able to quickly identify problems. Outstanding technical leads are accountable, trustworthy, and able to build lasting relationships with their teams. /ph3Technical Lead Responsibilities /h3ulliDetermining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team. /liliDelegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals. /liliLiaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard. /liliIdentifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible. /liliAnalyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements. /liliKeeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments. /liliUpdating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.



/liliMotivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns. /liliBeing transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes. /liliWriting progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders. /liliPerforming code reviews with developers /liliMentor developers in how they can improve their careers and technical abilities /li /ulh3Technical Lead Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. /liliRelevant Management certification may be required. /liliExperience in a similar role would be advantageous. /liliExcellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills. /liliStrong leadership and organizational abilities. /liliWillingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients. /liliExcellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills. /liliExperience working with Django Rest Framework /liliExperience working with front-end and mobile technologies /liliExperience working with at least one cloud provider /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
