ph3The Role /h3pThe main purpose of the Remarketing Specialist role is to collect, collate and analyze various and several internal and external composite data and documents related to the activity, supporting the National Sales Company identifying and prioritizing improvements and growth opportunities. /ppMoreover, the Remarketing Specialist is responsible for the management of the buyback and company cars: from data collection and monitoring, to preparing quotes and offers, to managing invoicing and the administrative procedures related to vehicle sales. /ph3About you /h3pWe would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. The Remarketing Specialist we are looking for ideally has the following responsibilities: /pulliSupport the NSC Management and the Fleet Remarketing Dept. /liliOperational management of the used vehicle fleet. /liliPreparation of vehicle quotations for employees, agencies and dealers, using dedicated tools and reference price lists. /liliPreparation and sending of commercial offers to dealers, rental companies and traders. /liliUse the NSC operating systems for managing the various phases of remarketing process. /liliManagement of the end-to-end invoicing process. /liliDaily coordination with suppliers and partners for vehicle returns, inspections, ownership transfer and logistics of keys/documents. /liliInterface with rental companies to charge damages and excess mileage, manage invoice deviations and obtain internal approvals. /liliSupport to auction sales processes: unit allocation, preparation of files required by auction operators, monitoring of results and management of vehicle release/collection. /liliPreparation of periodic sales and stock reports for management,
including updates of selling prices and main remarketing KPIs. /liliCollect and provide analysis, on basis of management requests. /liliPrepare all supporting materials and attend regular meetings. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration. /liliAdvanced user of Office tools. /liliAdvanced user of analytical tools (advanced knowledge of Excel is mandatory, PowerBI is a plus). /liliGood knowledge of English and Italian, spoken and written. /liliStrong proactivity. /liliExcellent communication skills. /liliInterpersonal skills. /liliAbility to propose new analytical solutions. /liliProblem solving/analytical thinking and approach. /liliExperience in using BI tools and data mining is considered a plus. /li /ulpIf you can demonstrate that you are customer focused and can communicate effectively with great analytical skills, we would like to hear from you! /ph3What is in it for you? /h3pAt MSX, our employees are the force behind our success.
