ph3Position Summary /h3 pThe IT Technical Analyst will propose, plan, and deliver IT initiatives and projects aligned with the Division’s business plans and strategy within the assigned areas of responsibility. /p pThe analyst will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, maintain clear technical documentation, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring security and compliance. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul lipImplement, analyze, support, test and administer business related technology (mainly in SAP Business One) within a budgeted time frame and cost, that will meet departmental requirements; /p /li lipLead small to medium size initiatives/projects and participates on assignments to accomplish project goals; /p /li lipDeploys IT projects initiatives in alignment with IT Manager; /p /li lipImplements and maintains appropriate Information Technology Solutions, Corporate approved IT systems, policies and practices and ensures that proper standards Corporate policies are applied; /p /li lipEstablishes and develops procedures for proper utilization of IT technology; /p /li lipAssist, train guide users of Engineering IT tools and assist in training and mentoring new employees.



/p /li lipRecommends modifications of IT systems in order to improve and simplify business systems and reduce operating cost; /p /li lipEvaluates and modifies existing technology to take into account changes in business requirements or equipment configurations; /p /li lipOvernight travel to remote locations to assist in the implementation of technical solutions; /p /li lipDevelops data flow, formulas, methods supplying relative illustrative charts, tables, diagrams, and procedural statements; /p /li lipProvides analytical advice and direction for application and technology that impacts business operations; /p /li lipUnderstands how applications and technologies impact the business. /p /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul lipExperience SAP Business One (preferred) and/or other ERP systems /p /li lipSolid understanding of Business Applications either through extensive experience in a similar environment on a role of a Project Manager or Business Analyst or through equivalent studies; /p /li lipFluent English; /p /li lipUniversity degree in Informatics or equivalent studies. /p /li lipExperience 2-4+years as IT Technical Analyst or similar role /p /li lipExperience working with different business areas. /p /li lipA customer-first approach; /p /li lipAbility to act/deliver independently or quickly find role in ad-hoc created project teams; /p /li lipFeels confident on driving change; /p /li lipReally strong analytical skills and attention to details; /p /li lipStrong problem solving skills; /p /li lipData and information analysis; /p /li lipExcellent knowledge of the most important IT software applications. /p /li /ul h3Equal Employment Opportunity /h3 pParker is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on grounds of age, race, religion, ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation or disability in relation to recruitment and employment. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
