ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this senior role you design scalable, secure AI architectures and guide AI initiatives from concept to production. You will serve as the primary technical authority within the AI Data Center of Excellence, ensuring modular, risk-aware solutions aligned with enterprise standards. You’ll bridge business needs with engineering, shaping end-to-end AI pipelines and governance-enabled deployments. This is a high-impact role that partners across security, data, and infrastructure to drive enterprise-wide adoption of reusable AI patterns. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliDesign reference architectures for AI solutions across the enterprise /liliCreate end-to-end pipelines for Generative AI, ML, and agentic workflows /liliEnsure modularity, reuse, and alignment with security/compliance standards /liliRecommend optimal technical stacks for specific use cases /liliCollaborate with AI governance to align architectures with risk and lifecycle requirements /liliEvaluate technical feasibility of AI initiatives and run rapid prototyping (POCs/MVPs) /liliDefine requirements, model dependencies, and integration points for AI initiatives /liliCoordinate with Security, Data, and Infrastructure to validate architectural assumptions /liliProvide high-level effort estimates for AI implementations /liliSupport moving AI models from lab to production-ready systems /liliDefine scaling requirements and optimize architectures for latency, cost,
and reliability /liliAssess cost impact of model choices and orchestration designs /liliEstablish AI safety, bias mitigation, and Human-in-the-loop patterns /liliProvide technical oversight and architecture reviews for AI projects /liliMonitor emerging AI patterns (RAG, Fine-tuning, Multi-agent systems) /liliMaintain reusable architecture patterns and component templates for scaling /liliDesign and execute technical assessments of AI models and new technologies /liliApply LLM validation frameworks to assess performance, safety, and suitability /liliReview external AI products for architectural fit and integration readiness /liliStay updated on AI research to integrate new capabilities /liliEnsure modular design to avoid architectural lock-in and maintain documentation /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulli5+ years designing end-to-end architectures for ML and Generative AI /liliProven track record with feasibility assessments and rapid prototyping /liliExperience with enterprise-scale systems, security standards, and AI governance /liliExpertise in AI design patterns (RAG, Fine-tuning, Agentic workflows) and model evaluation frameworks /liliStrong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to optimize for scalability, cost-efficiency, and reliability /liliProfessional English; Italian or other European languages are a plus /liliBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in CS, Data Science, Software Engineering or related quantitative field /liliSolid foundations in Machine Learning and Software Architecture /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
