pIn this role you support site-level health, safety and environment operations to protect personnel, assets and the environment. You work with the Site EHS team to implement risk controls, emergency plans and EHS procedures aligned with Alstom standards and ISO 14001/45001. You help cultivate an EHS culture through training, inspections and incident analysis. The role offers impact across construction sites, interfaces with contractors, and contributes to safer, more sustainable mobility. /pulliSupport Site EHS Manager with risk assessments and control measures /liliDevelop, deploy and maintain local EHS procedures aligned with Alstom standards and ISO standards /liliAssist with emergency planning, audits,



and EHS reporting /liliProvide guidance to site personnel on safe work and environmental practices /liliCoordinate with contractors and interfaces to ensure EHS compliance /liliPromote EHS culture through training and toolbox talks /liliPerform inspections and EHS audits; report and follow up on discrepancies /liliSupport monthly EHS reporting and system data entry /liliMonitor indicators (IFR, fatalities, energy, waste, etc.) and drive corrective actions /liliChampion legal compliance checks and site EHS guidelines /lili1 year of professional EHS experience (adjustable) /liliGood knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO45001 /liliStrong understanding of local EHS regulations /liliExperience in manufacturing sites is preferred; railway experience is a plus /liliAbility to train and communicate EHS concepts effectively /liliKnowledge of EHS reporting and incident investigation processes /li /ulIn this role you support site-level health, safety and environment operations to protect personnel, assets and the environment.
