In this Finance Manager role, you will support the Italy/Spain Advertising Sales teams with forward-looking financial planning, analysis, and decision support. You’ll partner with senior leaders to identify blockers and opportunities, helping the business scale through performance improvements and strategic programs. You will drive data-driven insights using systems like Salesforce, SQL, and Tableau, and contribute to high-visibility reporting for executive management. The role sits at the intersection of finance and sales, offering impact across revenue growth and operational efficiency. - Act as trusted partner to the Advertising Sales teams for optimal business decisions and identifying blockers, risks, and opportunities
- Drive performance improvements and build a scalable foundation for the Advertising Sales organization
- Assist in co-authoring strategic business reporting for senior management
- Use data systems (Salesforce, SQL, Tableau) to identify insights and surface them to management
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field
- Experience with accounting concepts and tax regulations, laws and standards
- Operational experience or data analytics background
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation/standardization
