The role offers the opportunity to develop a solid understanding of organizational dynamics, HR practices, data analysis, and operational coordination, gaining progressive exposure to the strategic and business-oriented aspects of the HRBP function. /p h3You Will Be Mainly Accountable For /h3 ul liSupport HR Business Partner activities through data collection, reporting, organizational updates, and monitoring of key people metrics. /li liSupport the communication and change management activities related to the company’s transition to the MIND district, ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and involved throughout the process. /li liDevelop relationships within the MIND ecosystem, partnering with external stakeholders and the Employer Branding team to create networking, collaboration, and community engagement opportunities that reinforce the company’s employer value proposition. /li liContribute to the execution of core HR processes,
