Your day-to-day activities will include Financial Controlling, Business Partnering with the Segments and driving improvement initiatives. /p pSiemens Electrification and Automation (EA) Business Unit is a global leader in innovative solutions for efficient energy distribution and smart automation. ensuring compliance with corporate policies and governance standards. /li liMonitoring key metrics, such as revenue, margins, operating expenses, and working capital, to support business objectives. /li liPartnering with Proposal, Product and Execution Team to define start-of-the art financial processes /li liDriving initiatives to improve inventory accuracy, working capital, and governance structures /li liOptimizing Inventory Processes through data-driven insights and transparent reporting /li liReviewing, optimizing and standardizing finance processes to ensure scalability, sustainability, and efficiency. /li liImplementing AI-driven finance solutions, automation tools, and predictive analytics. /li liCollaborating across teams to integrate innovative technologies and facilitate smarter decision-making. /li liBeing a role model in terms of new ways of working and digitalization /li /ul h3What makes you a great match: /h3 h3Core Requirements: /h3 ul liAt least 5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or Business Partnering roles. /li liExperience in a product project driven industrial business environment, sales related or manufacturing related roles with progressive responsibility /li liFluency in both Italian and English. /li liProficiency in Office 365 and advanced SAP knowledge (preferably S/4HANA).
