ph3KERING People Insights Analytics Partner /h3pIn this role you design and elevate People Analytics across Kering to enable data-driven decisions. You will act as HR reporting SME, building scalable analytics for Houses and Group HR. You’ll evolve reporting from descriptive to AI-enabled insights and help raise data literacy. You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create value through predictive analytics and workforce planning.
