The role supports two strategic projects, combining ownership of project financials with strong analytical execution to drive performance, ensure financial integrity, and support decision‑making. /p pAs bProject Finance Specialist, /b you will be responsible for: /p ul lipOwning financial management of assigned projects, acting as a key finance partner to Project Managers and cross-functional teams /p /li lipDriving project performance through margin analysis, cost tracking, and proactive identification of risks and opportunities /p /li lipLeading closing activities, including revenue recognition, variance analysis,
and reporting accuracy /p /li lipEnsuring balance sheet integrity through reconciliation and timely resolution of project-related items /p /li lipProviding clear financial insights and reporting for operating rhythms and leadership reviews /p /li lipSupporting audits, controllership processes, and compliance with internal controls and policies /p /li lipContributing to process simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives /p /li /ul h3To be successful in this role you will: /h3 ul lipBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field /p /li lipRelevant experience in Project Finance, FPA, or Controllership roles /p /li lipStrong analytical mindset with ability to translate operational drivers into financial outcomes /p /li lipAdvanced Excel skills and experience with financial analysis and reporting /p /li lipFluent in English /p /li lipAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a matrix environment /p /li /ul ul lipDemonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to operate with autonomy /p /li lipStrong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and mitigate project risks /p /li lipEffective communication skills, with ability to influence stakeholders /p /li lipSolid understanding of project accounting, revenue recognition,
