The Site IT Manager represents all IT services at the site, owns site specific digital roadmap and technology adoption, local execution and outcomes, and partners with regional and global IT teams to ensure enterprise capabilities are delivered effectively at the plant and techcenter level. The Site IT Manager is a hands‑on technology leader who champions AI adoption at the site, builds and deploys practical AI and automation solutions alongside the business, and demonstrates technical credibility with plant engineering and tech center teams.
