You can too, Join us! /p pAs a Maintenance Manager you will report directly to the Plant Manager in the Manufacturing department based in Arenzano or Genova for a permanent contract. /p pThe Maintenance Manager will operate in an advanced industrial environment, where product quality and process efficiency play a key role. /p pThe position is critical to ensuring the availability, reliability, and safety of production equipment. /p h3Your mission /h3 ul liEnsure the continuity and effectiveness of maintenance activities on production equipment. /li liContribute to the planning and management of the maintenance budget. /li liOrganize and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, emergency interventions across shifts, and manage the maintenance workshop and technical warehouse. /li liLead technical analyses with the team, with a strong focus on equipment failures, downtime, finished-product scrap,
