You can too, Join us! /p pAs a Maintenance Manager you will report directly to the Plant Manager in the Manufacturing department based in Arenzano or Genova for a permanent contract. /p pThe Maintenance Manager will operate in an advanced industrial environment, where product quality and process efficiency play a key role. /p pThe position is critical to ensuring the availability, reliability, and safety of production equipment. /p h3Your mission /h3 ul liEnsure the continuity and effectiveness of maintenance activities on production equipment. /li liContribute to the planning and management of the maintenance budget. /li liOrganize and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, emergency interventions across shifts, and manage the maintenance workshop and technical warehouse. /li liLead technical analyses with the team, with a strong focus on equipment failures, downtime, finished-product scrap,



and all events impacting quality, output, and safety. /li liEnsure the training of employees, guaranteeing compliance with company and national regulations, especially in the areas of safety and maintenance. /li liLead the team with a proactive and results-oriented approach, supporting the introduction of new technologies (e.g., AI-based maintenance) in collaboration with the Maintenance HQ function. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related scientific disciplines. /li liAt least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment (latest role), preferably in continuous-process operations, with at least 2–3 years in a comparable position. /li liStrong technical/ methodological competencies (Lean Manufacturing, TPM) to manage complex production technologies. /li liKnowledge of maintenance methodologies, systems, and procedures. /li liStrong leadership and communication skills. /li liEnglish language skills (B1) would be benefical /li /ul h3What we offer? /h3 ul liPersonalized onboarding experience programdesigned to make your first dayssmooth /li liOpportunities to learn and grow through Hager Group's awarded HiUniversity. /li liInternal career opportunities, over 25% of our recruitments are through internal mobility /li /ul h3What are the recruitment stages? /h3 ul liOnce your CV has been selected, you will be contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone exchange. /li liYou will be invited for a first interview with the hiring manager the recruiter /li liA second Interview will be then organized with the N+2 the HR manager /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
