A technical foundation and the ability to work across IT, networking, and building-control environments are essential. /p /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliDeliver proactive and measurable outcomes for our customers with a focus on occupant comfort, energy consumption and building-asset performance utilizing Connected Service technologies and EBI too /li /brliPrepare engineering drawings and application projects specifically for Service Jobs (i.e. SLJ’s) /li /brliDetermine equipment and accessory needs for implementation and inform FSL or FSS in time /li /brliInstall EBI, prepare graphics and necessary programming works as per specifications (Smart figure)
/li /brliDeep competence on virtual and physical environments (Hardware/Software) /li /brliBe ready on the job site during temporary or final acceptance of Service Jobs ability to carry out teamwork with local and foreign teams to have effective problem solving and troubleshooting, as well as the ability to identify evolutionary initiatives to be evaluated from time to time in terms of applicability and costs /li /brliPredisposition to the understanding of the HVAC and SECURITY field processes to be able to have a knowledge such manage the analytical part of the proposed role. /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliTechnical diploma or professional qualification in engineering or a related technical field (HVAC, Security, Controls, IoT). /li /brliHands‑on experience servicing HVAC systems (plus Fire, Security, Access, or Alarm systems). /li /brliStrong understanding of HVAC processes, building‑automation controls, and standard protocols. /li /brliKnowledge of ICT, networking, IoT, and cybersecurity fundamentals. /li /brliAbility to read electrical diagrams and understand switching. /li /brliStrong fault‑finding skills, communication abilities, and customer‑facing professionalism.
/li /brliFluent English and ability to work in dynamic, evolving technical environments. /li /br /ul /brpAnnual gross salary from €40000 and applicable NCBA is Contratto collettivo Nazionale Metalmeccanico Ampio .
