Global TechOpS oversees the entire lifecycle of the drug: from process optimization and industrialization, to manufacturing, engineering, quality oversight, and supply chain management. This end-to-end model is powered by our four manufacturing sites - Parma (IT), Blois (FR), Santana de Parnaíba (BR), and Nerviano (IT) - together with our Virtual Plant network of external partners. /p h3This is what you will do /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Secondary packaging Production Supervisor to join a uniquegreenfield project focused on biologics manufacturing /p pThis role offers the opportunity to contribute not only to daily manufacturing operations, but also to the design,implementation,
and start-up of a cutting-edge secondary packaging production departmentproduction department /p pThe successful candidate will play a key role in shaping processes, supporting equipment and facility designdecisions, and establishing operational standards for a biologics manufacturing environment. /p pThis is a rare opportunity to be part of a site built from the ground up, contributing to technical excellence,compliance, and long-term operational success. /p h3You will be responsible for /h3 h3Project Start-up Phase /h3 ul liContribute to process and facility design discussions, ensuring manufacturability and GMPcompliance. /li liSupport layout review, equipment URS definition, and operational input during design andprocurement phases. /li liParticipate in FAT/SAT, commissioning, and qualification activities for packaging manufacturing lines. /li liCollaborate with MST, Engineering, QA, and Validation teams to define robust operational workflows. /li liContribute to the development of SOPs, batch records, training programs. /li /ul h3Operational Phase /h3 ul liSupervise day-to-day manufacturing operations related to secondary packaging /li liEnsure compliance with internal EHS and quality requirements /li liLead and coach operators in GMP behaviour and ALCOA+ principles. /li liMonitor production performance, deviations, and investigations; drive timely resolution and continuousimprovement. /li liSupport inspection readiness activities. /li liPromote a strong quality and safety culture within the department. /li /ul h3You will need to have /h3 ul liDegree in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific disciplines /li liMinimum 3-5 years of experience in secondary packaging manufacturing. /li liKnowledge of GMP, GDP and regulatory requirements applicable to pharmaceutical packaging.
/li liFamiliarity with process validation and equipment qualification /li liStrong documentation and deviation management capabilities /li /ul h3We would prefer for you to have /h3 ul liExperience in secondary packaging operations is a strong advantage /li liPrevious experience supervising or leading production teams. /li liStrong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. /li liExperience managing KPIs such as OEE, productivity, quality and schedule adherence. /li /ul h3Location /h3 h3Compensation Range /h3 pThe minimum salary for this role is € 39.000, aligned to our established salary framework.
