Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars. /p h3We'll look to you for /h3 ul liLaunch, coordinate and control the progress of Work Orders according to the MPS (Manufacturing planning scheduling) /li liOn a daily basis, coordinate with logistic, material planning and quality to allow the manufacturing team to produce as per the plan /li liMonitor production plan adherence and analyze the root causes of delay of the production plan and their impact /li liIdentify the bottlenecks as well as all other possible risks on the production plan /li liCalculate manufacturing and testing workload inside the Planning Tool / ERP /li liIdentify the quantity of resources needed per workshop, metier, skills /li liReport the Work In Progress (WIP) and Finished goods (FG) for Hard Inventory (HI) consolidation in time /li liReport the Manufacturing Throughput and Production Performance KPIs in time /li liGuarantee that the data inside the ERP (SAP) / Core Planning Tool are updated /li liEnsure that priorities as planned in the MPS are clearly displayed and updated at shop floor level (visual management)



/li liContribute to data accuracy check related to BOM/Routings in collaboration with Industrialization /li liFollow-up daily the progress of Work Orders through close exchanges with EPU/Line managers /li liCheck plan orders readiness to ensure work orders can be launch on time and analyze exception messages of the MRP (Material Requirements Planning) /li liAlert the industrial and supply chain teama bout issues impacting plan execution (missing parts, quality issues, production stoppage, technical data) /li liManage the information workflow of work orders: job release, material consumption /li liProvide the line-feeding priorities visibility to the logistics team in order to secure the production /li liContribute to minimize the product throughput time and maintain optimum WIP (Working In Progress) /li liCollaborate to the quarterly SOP: Build the industrial planning for opportunities in coherency with inputs from project team, site strategic plan and provide output to central SOP team for global consolidation /li liPerform operations workload versus workforce analysis and analyze bottlenecks (site capacity) /li liFollow and promote the EHS (Environment, Health Safety) rules and guidelines /li liSupport the manufacturing site and supply chain team in continous improvement as per APSYS guidelinespSalary Range € - € /ppCCNL (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale del Lavoro) applied: Metalmeccanici Industria /p /li /ul pYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
