This position reports to: Quality manager __ /p h3Your role and responsibilities /h3 pIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. /p pEach day, you will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems. /p pYou will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with local functions that impact the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class performance. /p pThe work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: /p ul liMonitoring Quality KPIs, including non-conformities and customer complaints, ensuring accurate and timely data collection and analysis. /li liConducting structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve issues, both internal and customer-related, implementing corrective and preventive actions. /li liCollaborating with Research Development and Engineering for new product launches and man-aging design and process changes. Supporting Quality Assurance in reviewing and updating internal procedures to ensure compliance with standards. /li liPlanning and conducting internal audits, supervising preparation and execution of verification activities.
/li liPromoting the concept of Risk-Based Thinking and driving continuous improvement of quality processes, contributing to the quality culture through active participation in short internal meetings. /li liDefining and monitoring product and process quality requirements, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards during development and production phases. /li /ul h3Qualifications for the role /h3 ul liYou have a Degree in Engineering or a technical field. /li liMinimum 2 years of experience in quality-related roles within a manufacturing environment. /li liYou possess knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 or equivalent). /li liYou have Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and problem-solving tools. /li liYou have a strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. /li liYou are at ease communicating in English and Italian. /li /ul h3Compensation Package /h3 pAs part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position: Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico Minimum annual salary: € 39.000,00 Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Premio The offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications, internal market positioning and alignment with ABB internal standards. /p h3Benefits as per policy /h3 pFlexible working hours, hybrid work options,
