ppSpecialista /p pShow compensation /p pIn this role you will drive manufacturing excellence at the Casaletto Vaprio plant, aligning production data with design and fostering a culture of quality, safety, and EHS in aerospace. You will define and optimize plant processes, balancing people, materials and equipment to improve efficiency. You will work across engineering, shopfloor and supply chain to implement production technologies and resolve process challenges. This role offers meaningful impact in shaping production for high-precision aerospace components. You will be part of a collaborative, continuous-improvement culture with a clear focus on long-term performance. /p ul liTicket restaurant /li liHealth insurance /li liPension Fund /li liInterpret engineering drawings, specifications and manufacturing processes /li liConfigure and manage production data and documentation /li liDevelop and improve manufacturing methods /li liImplement optimized production technologies and tools for new or existing lines /li liDefine workflows,
