In this role you will drive the strategic development of a brand portfolio and manage key brand partnerships to grow the Lifestyle category. You will lead buying and assortment strategies, own commercial performance KPIs, and push cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer-focused, trend-driven product range. You’ll negotiate mutually beneficial agreements and onboard new brands to strengthen the portfolio. This position offers scope to shape buying processes, promote innovation, and contribute to the company’s strategic retail growth.
- Strategic development of a brand portfolio in collaboration with Planning to extend the product range and mitigate risks.
- Manage key brand partnerships to strengthen and expand the company’s brand network.
- Lead and advance buying processes and promote best practices across the business unit.
- Own commercial performance of a brand portfolio, with KPI accountability in partnership with Merchandise Planning.
- Develop and execute buying and assortment strategies aligned with the Lifestyle category and company targets.
- Lead negotiations with brand partners for favorable and mutually beneficial agreements.
- Ensure a customer-focused,
relevant assortment by identifying trends and onboarding new brands, optimizing seasonal opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and clearly communicate insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with brand partners and promote the company strategy.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Fashion Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in buying, merchandising, or a commercial role within fashion, retail, or lifestyle categories.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of commercial impact.
- Solid understanding of market trends, brands, competitors, and customer needs in Lifestyle or related segments.
- Data-driven and commercially minded, with ability to make KPI-led decisions.
- Confident communicator capable of presenting complex topics and collaborating across teams.
