Experteer Italy seeks a Senior Specialist / Project Manager to develop, validate, and optimize bakery applications, driving product innovation and commercial growth. You will lead lab and pilot-scale trials and support customer projects from concept to launch in an international, collaborative environment.

Work with technical, sales, and marketing teams to test new ingredients, prepare samples and documentation, and ensure safety and quality standards while expanding the bakery portfolio.
