You can too, Join us! /ppAs a bMaintenance Manager /b you will report directly to the Plant Manager in the Manufacturing department based in bArenzano /b or bGenova /bfor a bpermanent /bcontract. /ppThe Maintenance Manager will operate in an advanced industrial environment, where product quality and process efficiency play a key role. The position is critical to ensuring the availability, reliability, and safety of production equipment. /ph3Your mission /h3ulliEnsure the continuity and effectiveness of maintenance activities on production equipment. /liliContribute to the planning and management of the maintenance budget. /liliOrganise and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, emergency interventions across shifts, and manage the maintenance workshop and technical warehouse. /liliLead technical analyses with the team, with a strong focus on equipment failures, downtime, finished-product scrap,
