ppbCategoria: /b Energy Natural Resourcesbr/bLuogo di lavoro: /b Roma /p pInternational Company specialized in investments in Renewable Energy field is looking for an Investment Associate /p h3Duties and Responsibilities /h3 pEvaluation of potential investments and divestments, including: /p ul liDevelopment and management of financial models; /li liSupport create analysis for live/pipeline transactions (operational and development projects); /li liAssist in managing and reviewing due diligence, including the management of financial, legal, and technical advisors; /li liAssist in the writing of Investment Committee and Board papers; /li liSupport in the supervision and monitoring of existing investments working closely with the finance and technical teams; /li liOther analytical, research and modelling support for the team, including competitor analysis and market reviews; /li liSemi-annual valuations of fund portfolios,



along with review of fund valuation models; /li liPreparation of client communication materials; /li liParticipation in meetings with external counterparts; /li liSupport and delivery of internal initiatives; /li liPerformance analysis of investments to comply with regular reporting obligations. /li /ul pAs a member of a small team of executives you will be expected to participate in all aspects of the business which may include from time to time: presenting to Partners or Board meetings; providing support in investment preparation; supporting investor communications or promotions; supporting financing, compliance and investment activities of the business. /p h3Requisiti: /h3 pRequired Qualifications, Skills and Experience: /p ul li+3 year in Investment or Financing /li liObtained at least a 2:1 Bachelors 's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering /li liRenewable Energy focused background /li liEconomics or Business related experience /li liFinancial Analytical ability /li liClear concise written verbal communication /li liTime management /li liOrganised /li liKnowledge of Investment lifecycle, Renewable energy and Financial modelling /li liWilling to travel extensively /li liFluent in English and Italian level, Spanish will be considered an advantage /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
