What You'll Do

- Provide technical customer support in Italian and English.
- Assist customers with technical questions and troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Accurately document cases and follow up until resolution.
- Turn challenging customer interactions into positive experiences and build customer loyalty.

What We're Looking For

- Fluent Italian (C1–C2) and English (B2+).
- Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.




- Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required.

Salary & Benefits

- Base Salary: €1,024 gross per month × 14 salaries
- Performance Premio: Up to €225 per month (11 months)

Relocation Support

If you are relocating to Portugal, relocation support is available to help you settle into your new home and start your international career with confidence.

Working Schedule

- Monday to Saturday
- Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 19:00
- Sunday and one additional rotational day off
