ph3Company Description /h3pTerry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field data collection company founded in 2017 in Europe. We collect data where automation is not possible. We count features, take pictures, make videos, record speech, and scan areas for every detail you need to make more informed decisions. Our field data collection teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready to accept new challenges. /ph3Project objective /h3pThe goal of the project is to help collect images of streets, main points of interest and public areas in the EU countries. The project is performed on cars with 360 removable cameras, that are mounted by the driver on top of the vehicle. Cameras image the area around the vehicle and store those images on computers inside the vehicle. Later, this data will be used to enhance one the most popular online maps in the world. /ppThe data collectors will be given specific routes around public streets and areas, specifically targeting commercial districts and historical sites. Due to poor weather conditions some areas will be visited multiple times in order to collect the best quality of imaging. The project is expected to last from 3 to 6 months and will cover different data collection areas. /ppThe ideal candidate enjoys driving, knows well the area, traffic trends, is highly responsible and reliable.
/ppThe schedule expected on the project is Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day 40 hours per week. Due to weather downtime, work on weekends is possible. /ph3Requirements /h3ulliMust have a valid Driver Licence; /liliGood driving skills and clean driving record;Good physical condition; /liliMust be able to install the cameras on the roof of a vehicle (6 kg in weight and 1 metre in height); /liliPrivate monitored parking space for corporate vehicle would be a plus; /liliGeneral car knowledge would be a plus; /liliEnjoys driving, within standard business hours; /liliAvailable for a minimum of 3 months; /liliGreat communication and reporting skills; /liliTech savvy (drivers will use Gmail, Google Forms, Google Meet and WhatsApp); /liliHigh level of responsibility; /liliSelf-motivated and detail-oriented /li /ulpWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
