ph3AI Large Language Mode (LLM) Technology Lead/Principal Architect /h3pIn this role you will be the definitive technical authority on AI architecture within client engagements and the practice. You own end-to-end AI platforms spanning classical ML, generative AI, and agentic systems, ensuring cohesive, enterprise-grade designs aligned to business objectives. You will work closely with CIOs, CTOs, and senior leaders to shape and articulate enterprise AI strategy, driving impactful, scalable solutions. You lead cross-domain teams, set architectural direction, and deliver authoritative artifacts to guide delivery at scale. This is a thought-leadership role shaping the firm’s AI point of view and external presence. /pulliDefine and govern end-to-end AI architectures across agentic, generative, and classical AI platforms /liliPartner with senior leaders to shape enterprise AI strategy and roadmaps /liliLead cross-domain architecture, resolving tensions and ensuring coherence /liliOversee architecture artifacts (ADRs, reference architectures, data flow diagrams) for scale /liliBuild reusable frameworks and reference architectures with an adopt-over-build mindset /liliRun deep-dive architecture workshops with executives and engineering teams /liliMaintain accountability for security, governance, observability, performance,



and scalability across domains /liliEstablish and manage agent registry, certification, memory services, and AI gateway governance /liliDefine foundation model and inference strategy, including fine-tuning and routing decisions /liliEnsure production-ready platforms with robust operationalization (observability, cost, FinOps) /liliRepresent the firm externally through publications and conference engagements /liliGuide tool orchestration, memory, and context management across multi-agent ecosystems /liliDefine and enforce identity, authorization, and guardrail frameworks across the solution /liliLead and integrate domain specialists to deliver an enterprise-ready system /liliExtensive experience in designing deploying enterprise AI solutions using agentic, generative, and classical AI/ML across at least one cloud vendor /liliProven track record in the LLM and Generative AI space /liliStrong background in architecting and operationalizing LLM-driven applications /liliDeep experience in engineering, ML, DL, and NLP solutions /liliMultiple years as a machine architect designing big data and large-scale ML/analytic engineering solutions /li /ulpIn this role you will be the definitive technical authority on AI architecture within client engagements and the practice.
