KERING is seeking a People Insights & Analytics Partner to elevate HR reporting and analytics across the group. You will design scalable dashboards, translate business needs into clear HR insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions using Workday and Power BI.

You will drive advanced analytics, including predictive modeling and attrition insights, while promoting data literacy and governance in a fast-paced, international environment.
