ppWe are delighted to be supporting a well-established operator, air charter, and management service provider to source a Revenue Manager on a permanent basis based in the Mediterranean. /ppThis is a highly fulfilling role where the client is looking for a proactive and commercially focussed Revenue Manager who will be responsible for maximising the commercial performance and profitability of the clients scheduled flight operations through effective pricing, revenue management, forecasting, and demand optimisation. /ph3The Successful Candidate will be responsible for: /h3ulliManage fare structures across relevant commercial systems, including fare loading, maintenance, and the timely implementation of fare-rule updates. /liliManage flight inventory, pricing and availability using the Sabre Revenue Management System to optimise revenue, yield, and load factor. /liliApply dynamic pricing strategies by analysing booking trends, demand patterns, competitor activity, and wider market conditions, adjusting fares and availability as required. /liliProduce daily sales flash reports in collaboration with the clients Finance dept. /liliPrepare weekly commercial performance reports covering sales, forecasts, booking trends, and performance against budget and agreed targets. /liliMaintain accurate passenger, revenue, and yield forecasts to support business planning, budgeting, and financial reporting. /liliIdentify and recommend wider commercial actions to improve performance, including marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, promotional activity, and changes to distribution strategy. /liliProvide competitive and commercially appropriate group fare quotations in support of the Sales team. /liliManage corporate and contracted fare programmes, including pricing,
eligibility requirements, implementation, and ongoing performance evaluation. /liliMonitor changes to government taxes, airport and navigation charges, environmental levies, fuel costs, and other flight-related expenses, ensuring these are appropriately reflected in the pricing strategy to protect margins. /liliContribute commercial insight and analysis to network reviews, route evaluations, business planning, and budgeting activities. /liliTake ownership of agreed revenue, yield, load factor, and wider commercial performance targets. /li /ulh3Minimum Skills and Experience /h3ulliPrevious experience in airline pricing or revenue management is strongly preferred. /liliApplications may also be considered from candidates with relevant pricing and revenue management experience in related sectors, such as hospitality or car rental. /liliExperience using the Sabre Revenue Management System is highly desirable. Candidates without Sabre experience should demonstrate proficiency in another recognised revenue management platform, such as PROS, AirRM, Amadeus, Navitaire or an equivalent system. /liliA good understanding of airline distribution channels, including global distribution systems (GDS), online travel agencies (OTAs), direct digital channels, corporate sales, general sales agents (GSAs) and other indirect channels. /liliStrong analytical and numerical skills, supported by advanced Microsoft Excel capability. /liliExcellent commercial judgement, with the ability to balance revenue optimisation with customer, operational and wider business objectives. /liliExperience in forecasting, performance reporting and translating commercial data into clear, actionable recommendations. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
