We’re proud to foster an inclusive environment driving innovation and excellence, and we welcome you to join us on our mission to shape the future of clinical development. /p pAs a Clinical Trial Associate at ICON, you will assist with the design and analysis of clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 pYour role will involve delivering clinical research work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders. /p h3Key Responsibilities Include /h3 ul liAssist in the coordination and administration of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements. /li liMaintain and organize clinical trial documentation, including study files, essential documents, and regulatory submissions. /li liSupport the preparation of study-related materials, such as informed consent forms and case report forms. /li liWork with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and ensure smooth trial execution. /li liContribute to the tracking and reporting of clinical trial metrics and milestones. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 pYou will bring relevant clinical research experience, along with the following qualifications and skills. /p h3Required Qualifications And Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field. /li liPrior experience or strong interest in clinical research. /li liKnowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines. /li liExcellent organizational and communication skills. /li liAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
