You optimize engineering productivity by supporting NPDI, VAVE, and Sustaining teams, ensuring high-quality, first-time-right execution. You collaborate with international RD and manufacturing groups to standardize methods and reduce regional variability. This role offers the chance to influence cross-functional workflows, performance reporting, and resource planning in a global setting. /pulliOwn improvement process identification, execution, and implementation; enable adoption by engineering teams /liliLead Lessons Learned, root cause analysis, and quality reviews after projects /liliServe as operational contact for NPDI, VAVE,
