Thanks to our diversity of skills, talents and cultures, our customers (governments, institutions, space agencies, telecommunications operators), therefore have Space to Connect, Secure Defend, Observe Protect, Explore, Travel Navigate. /ph3We are looking for a PMO Manager - Risk and Schedule Manager /h3h3CANDIDATES THAT WOULD IMPRESS US /h3pYou have graduated with a Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Aerospace Engineering or a major scientific discipline. /ppYou are fluent in English. /ppYou have a proven experience in leading risk, opportunity, and scheduling management activities within a project team. /ppYou are recognized as a team player, capable of working in close coordination with program managers and directors. /ppYou are structured, analytical, resourceful, and possess strong organizational and planning skills. /ph3COMPETENCIES /h3ulliYou can master Schedule Construct, Resource Profiling, and Resource Management. /liliYou know Risk Management Concepts Techniques thoroughly. /liliYou are able to manage stakeholder relationships and effectively communicate with all parties. /liliYou are familiar with project monitoring and control activities. /liliYou are familiar with standard management tools, such as the TAS tool. /li /ulh3LIFE AS A RISK AND SCHEDULE MANAGER ROLE /h3ulliLead all risk, opportunity, and scheduling management activities within the project team. /liliPrepare, implement,



and maintain the Risk Management Plan according to company and customer standards. /liliConduct risk boards with the project team and stakeholders to identify, qualify, and manage project risks and opportunities. /liliProvide and continuously update the Risks Opportunities Register (ROR). /liliEstablish and maintain an integrated Project Master Schedule, incorporating work packages, subcontractors, and suppliers. /liliReport project risk exposure and contingency updates to the Program Manager. /liliCoordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to monitor and control risk and schedule aspects. /liliContribute to Progress Reports and Monthly Project Reports for both Customers and Management. /li /ulh3YOUR CAREER AT THALES /h3pFuture opportunities will allow you to discover other domains or sites.
