ppAs a Material Planner at Alstom, you secure on-time material deliveries by coordinating daily with Industrial Planning, PrIDM, Sourcing, and suppliers. You manage purchase orders and OTIF delivery commitments while tracking KPI performance for production logistics. You set delivery plans and coordinate with the planning team to detect slippage and propose corrective actions. Your work supports production readiness and cost/performance targets within the railway context.



/pulliProcess purchase orders for production materials based on frame agreements /liliManage relationships with main suppliers to secure OTIF delivery commitments for production materials /liliOversee and coordinate assigned suppliers /liliSet material delivery plans using call-off methodology when required /liliCollaborate with Industrial Planning to monitor material delivery and propose corrective actions /liliExpedite purchase orders and reschedule deliveries as needed /liliProvide basic reporting to Industrial Planning on material delivery status /liliUniversity degree in Electronics/Electronic Engineering or Logistics /liliAt least 2 years of experience in a similar position /liliFluent in English (written and spoken) /liliWorking knowledge of MRP and JIT systems /liliPC literate with MS Excel /liliAbility to read and understand technical documentation /liliDesirable: knowledge of SAP /liliKnowledge of Railway Electronics and Signalling equipment /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
