ppTemu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. Focus on category selections to increase overall value, in alignment with business and customer needs. /li liAssist merchandise partners in establishing themselves on the platform and their growth. Guide merchandise partners in developing comprehensive plans including market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and operational strategies. /li liPropose innovative ideas based on the current status of the categories, as well as create and implement projects through resource integration and merchant guidance. /li liConduct industry analysis reports, explore potential customer needs through data analysis, and adjust strategies accordingly based on market trends.
/li /ul h3Required skills / Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of operational experience, including but not limited to experience in brand management or platform operations. /li liExtensive connections and relationships with local seller and vendor networks is a plus. /li liStrong data analysis skills, able to analyze industry trends and project management through data, and summarize conclusions. /li liPossesses market exploration and marketing innovation capabilities, capable of guiding overall merchant marketing plans. /li liExcellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to changes. /li liAbility to work under pressure and manage logistics during high-demand periods. /li /ul h3Equal Employment Statement /h3 pAt Temu, we are proud to be an employer that builds a diverse community.
