ppSpecialista Senior / Project Manager /p pIn this role you will develop, validate, and optimize bakery applications to drive product innovation and technical-commercial growth. You will work closely with technical, sales, and marketing teams to bring innovative, functional, and sustainable bakery solutions to market. You’ll lead lab and pilot-scale trials, document results, and support customer projects from concept to launch. prototypes, and technical documentation for development and customer presentations /li liAssist in launching new bakery solutions with the technical marketing team /li liEnsure project knowledge and data are documented and shared within the team /li liEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and food hygiene standards during activities /li liDegree in Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or related scientific discipline /li liAt least 5 years of experience in a technical or application development role within the food industry, preferably bakery /li liStrong understanding of bread, sweet baked goods, cakes, laminated products, and gluten-free bakery products /li liExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects /li liTeam-oriented with ability to collaborate across technical, sales, and marketing functions /li liGood command of English (written and spoken) /li liAccurate, scientifically curious, and passionate about food innovation /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
